Issue sales tax invoices, report them to FBR in real time, and print them with the FBR invoice number and QR code. Sandbox scenarios, reference data and the arithmetic are handled for you.
No card required. Works with the free PRAL integration mode in IRIS.

Sign up with your NTN. Add buyers, sellers and products once; HS codes, units and tax rates come straight from FBR's reference lists so nothing is typed from memory.
Paste the sandbox token from IRIS. Raseed Pro runs every sandbox scenario FBR requires for your sector and tracks each one until it passes.
Add the production token, switch the workspace to production, and every invoice you issue is validated and reported to FBR in real time with its FBR invoice number and QR code.
Validate before you submit. Each invoice returns the FBR invoice number, per-line status and the full response, stored for audit.
Sales tax invoice with the FBR invoice number, 1×1 inch QR code, seller and buyer registration details, item table, totals and amount in words.
Value, sales tax, further tax (4%), withholding, FED, extra tax, 3rd-schedule retail value and 236G/H advance tax computed server-side to the paisa.
Sale types, rates, units, SRO schedules and SRO items are synced from FBR. Units are restricted to what FBR allows for each HS code, so error 0099 never reaches you.
Select many invoices to validate, submit, download PDFs or export CSV. Filter by status, buyer, date and type.
Who created, changed, validated or submitted what, when and from which IP, per invoice and across the workspace.
Issue debit notes against an FBR invoice number with the reference carried through to FBR.
Four company-defined fields (PO number, etc.) and a default note, shown on screen and on the PDF.
Everything the web app does is available over a documented REST API for your ERP or POS.
Raseed Pro implements the PRAL Digital Invoicing API technical specification end to end: the same endpoints, payload, validation codes and sandbox procedure that IRIS expects. Your invoices are reported exactly the way FBR defines them.
Summarised for orientation; confirm your own obligations and dates with your tax adviser.
Your clients delegate FBR integration to you. Raseed Pro gives you a tenant account: create a workspace per client, do the IRIS setup and scenario run on their behalf, hand over a working login. You pay one negotiated rate per active client user; what you charge your clients is up to you. Your clients never see our pricing.
Under SRO 709(I)/2025 and Rule 150Q of the Sales Tax Rules, sales-tax-registered persons must issue invoices through a system integrated with FBR, in phases that have been notified since 2025. Check your own notification date with your tax adviser; the obligation and the deadline sit with the registered person.
You choose an integrator in IRIS. PRAL, FBR's own integrator, is free and is the path Raseed Pro is built on: IRIS issues your NTN a token, you paste it into Raseed Pro, and we talk to the PRAL Digital Invoicing API on your behalf. Your data and your token stay with your workspace.
Before IRIS issues a production token, your NTN must successfully post a sandbox invoice for each scenario FBR assigns to your business activity and sector (up to 28, e.g. standard rate, reduced rate, exempt, zero-rated, 3rd schedule goods, FED in ST mode). Raseed Pro generates and posts each one for you and shows which have passed.
FBR requires its invoice number and a QR code on every invoice issued through an integrated system, alongside the usual sales tax invoice contents. Raseed Pro's PDF includes both automatically.
FBR allows corrections, edits and cancellations for a limited window (currently 72 hours) directly in IRIS, with limits on how much can be changed; after that, Commissioner approval is required. Raseed Pro locks submitted invoices so your records always match what FBR holds, and supports debit notes for adjustments.
Section 33 of the Sales Tax Act provides penalties for non-integration, including per-offence fines, a daily continuing penalty, reduction of adjustable input tax and, for continued default, sealing of premises. The exact amounts are set by law and change; this is general information, not legal advice.
Tokens are stored encrypted at rest, are write-only through the API (never displayed again), and are only ever sent to the FBR gateway. Reseller admins can replace a customer's token but cannot read it.
You become a Raseed Pro tenant: you create a workspace for each client, do their IRIS setup and scenario run, and hand it over. We bill you per active client user at a rate agreed with you; you bill your clients however you like.
